Admire the historic exterior of this 1896 building and be surprised by the modern design twists. Sit on the balcony or go to the rooftop terrace for spectacular views. Our building comprises of 6 apartments. This unit occupies the entire top floor and has a modern open-plan design.

The property is fully equipped with all essential items to make sure you have a comfortable stay.

You will have private access to this apartment.

Our friendly building Manager is on site most days. We also have night security to keep an eye on the cars and process check-ins after hours.

Bo Kaap is beautiful and historic. It is rich in flavour and community, and merely a 10 minute walk to the closest art galleries and nightlife.

There are Myciti busses available, with stops very close to this apartment. Otherwise, Uber is abundant and readily available.

Please note that this property, as well as all other Airbnb’s in Cape Town, experience load-shedding. It is a government-enforced cut-off of main power to certain areas at scheduled times during the day. We do offer the convenience of portable lamps during these periods which can also be used to charge your mobile devices. We do provide a battery to power the Wi-fi and the communal area lights in the passageways. Additionally, we’ll provide you with an app that sends notifications of scheduled power outages, so you can plan accordingly.
